| How do I make a reservation? |
After you have chosen a selection of apartments that you would like to enquire about simply contact our reservations team at +353 1 678 1100 or drop an email to info@yourhomefromhome.com. The reservation process is very simple and we are always on hand to guide your through or answer any queries you may have. You may also enquire about property availability online. We usually answer all email enquiries within in 1 working day. Or simply go online and book on our website and avil of our special internet saver rates.

| What methods of payment do you accept? |
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express charge cards. You can also pay for your apartment accommodation using bank drafts drawn on Irish Banks. Please note that cheques will only be accepted 14 day prior to check-in and are subject to normal clearing and security procedures. Please note the credit card used to secure and pay for the booking will be required at time of Check-in at the reserved property. Payments can also be made by EFT Electronic Funds Transfer directly to our Euro bank account. Our paymnet terms are 50per cent deposit on booking and the balance payable before or on arrival.

| What ammenities does the apartment have? |
Lifts
In most cases the apartment buildings have elevator services, particularly in the higher buildings. If you need a lift please confirm on your booking.
Kitchens
Yes, all of the properties have full cooking facilities, come complete with crockery, kitchen utensils and modern appliances. Check out the standard inventory on the main toolbar for a full list of what you can expect to find at your apartment.
Bed linens and towels
All of our apartments come with plenty of bed linens and towels. If you require more during your stay enquire locally and they will of course be provided at a small additional charge.

| Do you have a minimum stay? |
In the Moorings and Baggotrath Apartments there is no minimum stay subject to availability and generally, all of the apartments have a minimum stay of 3 nights. Some properties have a minimum stay of 7 nights and in some cases it can be as much as 30 nights or more. Locations, which require a stay to be longer than 3 nights, are clearly marked as such. If you do not see a minimum stay requirement for a specific property listed, it is safe to assume that the building will allow stays of 3 nights or more. So whether you are relocating in Dublin for a short term, a corporate client looking for somewhere to stay while on business or a relaxing leisurely weekend away we can cater for all your needs.

| Extending Your Stay? |
If you need to extend your stay it will be necessary to contact us as soon as possible prior to your arrival so that we can arrange to have your booking extended. While in one of our apartments, if an extension is required, please contact our reservation Team. It is not always possible to extend your stay at short notice but obviously. It is our policy to facillitate our customers needs and we will do our utmost to accommodate all extensions.

| How do I check in and collect the keys? |
Prior to your arrival at the apartment you will have been issued with a Welcome Letter and directions. This will detail the exact address of the building, and we require an arrival time to have a representitive at the apartment to meet and greet you. We cannot accommodate check ins before 2pm however we will be happy to look after your bags until your room becomes available. You will be required to complete a check in form at the time of check in. The representative will be please to hand you your keys and help with any queries you may have about the local area. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you provide us with as accurate an arrival time as you can. This will allow us to cater for your needs better.

| Does the apartment have a direct dial telephone? |
Yes, almost all of our apartments at the Moorings, South dock,Lansdowne Mews, Baggotrath House and Sunburry Gardens are equipped with direct dial telephones with ISDN Capability. A list of the charges are available on request but the charges are not much higher than the national provider. Please note that International calls made from the apartment can work out to be very expensive and for best value we recommend buying a calling card. The calling card market is very competitive so cards featuring low international rates are widely available. We do not charge a fee for using calling cards from the apartment and they are readily available from local shops and vendors
There is a E5 charge for phone activation.

| How about Broadband? |
Broadband is availble in most of our apartments, just ask when you are booking to make sure your apartment has this service available. Can be either wired or wireless. There is an additional fee for this service

| What time is check out? |
Our check out time is strictly 10am. Should you require a later check out please inform reception who will try to accommodate your needs. Late check out requests are subject to an additional charge and is not always possible. All keys, fobs, carpark entry zappers should be returned to the reception on departure. We will be happy to look after your bags when you check out if you are not departing until later.

| Whats in my Welcome Pack? |
Your Welcome Pack contains tea, coffe, milk an sugar. So you can sit down and relax with a cuppa when you arrive. You will find a host of services close to your apartment, mini markets, restaurants etc. Please consult your Information Book in your apartment for further details on these services and other amenities.

| Can we get a cot and a high chair? |
Yes, cots and high chairs are availbale . These should be booked at the time of making your reservation with us. Camp beds are also available where you may have children sharing.
