Each house has four large en-suite bedrooms [a mix of double and twin bedded rooms] which sleeps a maximum of 8 persons. The Master Bedroom has a covered balcony from where one can enjoy the wonderful views of Roney Point, the beach and it's hinterland. It's large bathroom has a jacuzzi bath. The second large double bedroom has french doors which open onto the garden. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and en suite shower room/W.C The kitchen is enormous and is equipped with every modern convenience one could wish for and more! It also has a very large breakfast area. It has a very stylish tiled floor and top quality wooden chairs with a very large wooden dining table.

It is also fitted with dish washer, washing machine, and an integrated vacuum cleaning system. etc The Living /Dining room is very expansive and has wonderful views. The floors are made of polished hardwood and the ceiling is double vaulted. The french doors open onto the paved patio area which also features wooden patio furniture. Just before Gorey take the R742 to Courtown. Before Courtown Harbour turn right for Riverchapel. After about 4 miles turn left for Roney Point (sign posted). Doyle's garage is located on the right hand side just above the turn off to Roney Point Holiday Homes. The Roney Beach Development is one mile down the road on the right hand side. It is the last development with black gates (there is no sign for it).
